Aldo is the main visionary for Viper Transportation he began this company from the ground up in the early 90's and has scaled it to where we are today. As a Bay Area local driver for 25+ years, he knows all the tips, local secrets, and values, to instill in our Viper Team
Paola Marticorena
President / CFO
Juan, also known as “Polo,” began working for Viper as an independent owner operator. He was trained by his brother, Aldo, who taught him how to safely operate a semi-truck. With over 20 years of experience, he now works closely with our drivers to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Helping Viper maintain an outstanding 99.9% safety rating with CHP.
Carlos joined the Viper team in the early 2010's. He has since been spearheading our Accounting Dept and is in charge of all AP/AR Transactions.
Emily is pictured above in her father Aldo’s arms. Two decades later, she followed in his footsteps, joining him in early 2021 to begin training in dispatching. Since then, Emily has excelled in her role and has grown into the Head of Drayage Operations. Today, she takes great pride in her work, paying close attention to every detail and consistently striving to make Viper one of the top carriers in the state of California.
Jeremy Oviedo has stepped into an active role within Viper Transportation Inc., contributing to the company’s continued growth and success. He plays a key role in managing the company’s technology and leading its marketing and media efforts. Through his work, Jeremy helps expand Viper’s reach, connecting the company with thousands of logistics clients and strengthening long term business relationships

Joaquin became part of the team in 2022 and has collaborated extensively with Aldo, contributing significant effort toward expanding new business opportunities, re engaging former clients, and presenting a renewed vision for Viper Transportation Inc.
Paola has been with Viper since before its inception. Over the years, her dedication and hard work have been instrumental to Viper’s success. Today, Paola oversees all office operations, managing everything behind the scenes to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.

WAREHOUSE TEAM
Our experienced warehouse team is the backbone of Viper Transportation's operations. From transloading floor-loaded 40-foot containers to maintaining our Viper-owned chassis pool, our dedicated crew plays a critical role in keeping freight moving efficiently and on schedule.
With extensive experience handling a wide variety of cargo and logistics challenges, our warehouse professionals are committed to delivering safe, accurate, and reliable service for every shipment.
To ensure maximum productivity and responsiveness, our warehouse team operates on a rotating schedule and maintains on-site coverage for 12 hours each day, providing the flexibility and support needed to meet our customers' demands.
